The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through store.sapura.com.sg

For Exchange of Online Purchases for Defective Items and Wrong Items Delivered:

Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be exchanged:

Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. Please contact for detail of sending the item(s) for exchange. To ensure proper processing, on the copy of the invoice write either "defective" or "wrong item shipped". If defective, describe the defect, please write "exchange". Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process order and delivery it to you once the stock arrive from manufacturer.

Customer is required to keep all packages for 7 days for any exchange. Any missing packaging upon return will not be entertained.
